The works involved structural and surface repair to the front and rear of the multi-functional property - the majority of which was due to the development of water ingress problems.

Conspar works to the property included waterproofing of external floors and walls (including limestone retaining walls) which involved the removal of the original render, tiles, waterproof membrane and screed substrate and the installation of a new screed substrate, waterproof membrane (including for drainage areas and at wall junctions) and tiles, repair of drummy and fractured render and reinstatement, as well as the installation of expansion joints and flashing detail.
