Repairs required to treat the cause/s of water ingress issues being experienced at floors and ceilings of the building's apartments in Northbridge, Perth.
SERVICES OVERVIEW
External wall vents (with rain shield covers) were installed into the western wall above lowest floor slab level, and at high-level of the
wall to facilitate air movement and ventilation of the cavity. Corroding window lintels were replaced with new galvanised angles, flashing added, render repaired and the external wall surface coated with a paintable water barrier.
