Following the Initial Site Meeting, we move into Step 2: Your Remediation Plan. This stage transforms not only the observations and your feedback from Step 1, but also the results of destructive and detailed visual inspections, into a structured, costed plan. The evidence gathered ensures your plan is fact-based, not assumption-driven.

What the Remediation Plan Includes:

  • Confirmation of findings from Step 1: Initial Site Meeting

  • Incorporation of your feedback from the Step 1 summary email

  • Destructive and visual inspections to reveal hidden conditions and test suspected problem areas

  • Evidence gathered on site, documented and integrated into the Remediation Plan

  • Prioritisation of issues to establish an agreed scope of work

  • A project-specific remediation methodology, including timelines and staging

  • Detailed construction notes (e.g. waterproofing junctions, expansion joints, interfaces)

  • Bill of quantities and materials

  • Applicable standards, warranties, and compliance checks

  • Itemised quotation with scope, methods, and cost breakdown

Why Step 2 Matters:

  • Ensures the plan is evidence-based and tailored to your property.

  • Provides a transparent, “no surprises” scope of works.

  • Makes quoting accurate and comparable across contractors.

  • Creates a shared roadmap, so you and Conspar are aligned before moving to Step 3.

The Value of a Remediation Plan:

Without this step, projects often face budget blowouts and delays. By carrying out intrusive inspections and feeding that evidence into the plan, we remove the guesswork and deliver a solution that is both practical and long-lasting.
