Conspar has completed extensive structural repair works at a residential apartment complex in Rivervale.
A substantial proportion of the works involved replacing rusted structural steel posts and treating concrete cancer.
Concrete cancer occurs when the steel reinforcement within concrete rusts due to water penetration or absorption of the surrounding concrete. Without treating the rust, the process continues, destroying more steel and concrete until spalling (concrete breaks away) occurs compromising the building's safety.
Conspar specialises in the treatment of concrete cancer and other structural building maintenance issues and has been doing so since 1969.
Perth-based, Conspar is led by a team of registered builders and all work is carried out to Australian Standards.
If you think your building complex requires urgent attention, contact Conspar today.
