Conspar has been carrying out structural restoration works to common access balconies and stairways of an apartment complex in Cottesloe.
The areas were in need of attention when signs of concrete cancer became evident.
The works are continuing and will include installation of Conspar's 5-layer floor coatings to help prevent future development of concrete cancer at the site.
