Conspar has completed restoration works to a Northbridge residential strata complex.

As can be seen by the above photos, an exposed, external wall at the site was not in a good state creating moisture ingress issues such as rising damp for the apartments within.
The works carried out by Conspar included both external and internal affected areas.
To the external area, waterproofing and reappointing was carried out.
