Northbridge's heritage-listed Tower House gets upgrade



Conspar has been carrying out extensive restoration works to heritage-listed Tower House in Northbridge. The property, originally built around the year 1891, stands opposite Russell Square.

The restoration works by Conspar include replacement of roofsheets, gutters, downpipes and fascias; window repairs; Colorbond perimeter fencing; wire net fencing; brick repointing; brick paving; external plastering; rendering; painting and landscaping.

All works to the heritage building have been monitored by a heritage architect.
