Dianella unit block gets concrete cancer treatment

Conspar has been carrying out building maintenance repairs to a block of residential units in Dianella.

The complex was showing signs of concrete cancer at common access areas such as the walkways and staircases, more specifically the balustrade fixings and soffits.

The floor surfaces were also lacking in adequate protection.

Conspar remedial works involved identifying, treating and restoring these areas affected by concrete cancer, including the floor surfaces.

Conspar has been operating in structural building maintenance since 1969.

Led by a registered builder and registered architect, Conspar caters for Perth's residential, commercial and industrial markets working with owners, property managers and strata managers.
