Conspar recently carried out additional structural building maintenance works for a block of residential units in Cottesloe.
They were the second stage of Conspar structural maintenance works for the seaside property - the first involved concrete cancer repair and waterproofing.
The second stage of works involved a more diverse range of maintenance activities from roof repair, which included replacing the sheeting and installation of steelwork and anchors, to removing asbestos in the ceiling, installing new lintels, reinforcing the brickwork, replacing windows and painting the internal and external walls and fencing.
