Conspar has carried out waterproofing work to a block of townhouses in Shenton Park.
The townhouses were built without waterproofing systems installed in the external floors and balconies. This lack of waterproofing allowed water to accumulate and create leakage problems evident from the ceiling of the carpark below.
The external floor tiles and screed for each townhouse and balconies were removed and a waterproofing system installed. The floors were then re-tiled.
