Conspar recently carried out concrete repair work to a block of residential apartments in Scarborough.
Common access walkways and stairways of the complex were showing signs of concrete damage and in need of repair.
The Conspar team set to work repairing the affected areas.
Waterproofing was also carried out to help avoid future water penetration of the concrete, which had created the damage, as well as prevent slips and falls.
