Another multi-dwelling residential project Conspar has recently undertaken is located in Inglewood.
Various areas of the complex were in need of structural maintenance work, from the individual resident balconies to the walkways and stairways of the common access areas.
This staged work has so far included concrete cancer repair, new installation of overflow pops, waterproofing and relocation of wall vents with further work to be undertaken.
