Third stage of works at Cottesloe residential block

A Conspar maintenance project for a block of ocean front residential units is now in it's third stage of works.
The initial works began addressing building damage to the resident's carpark bay. The second stage was repairing concrete cancer throughout common access areas of the block. This third stage is now to repair individual balconies and window lintels.
