Conspar has started structural repair works at a block of units in Lynwood.
The first stage of Conspar's structural maintenance works at the site involves roof restoration and the second stage; treating concrete cancer at the common access areas (stairwells and balconies), waterproofing and application of custom-made protective floor coatings.
