Conspar was asked to carry out structural maintenance work to a block of units in Como.
The main focus of the work was repair to a common access stairway of the property.
The area was showing signs of surface and structural damage. Concrete cancer had developed due to a water penetration problem.
The work involved treating the concrete cancer and waterproofing the area to prevent further concrete cancer from developing.
