Nedlands Damp Treatment Works
Address cause of high moisture levels and mould at basement and bathroom of residential property in Nedlands.

External areas adjacent to the bathroom and basement were excavated and treated, which included rectifying building defects discovered like a non-existent damp-proof course - insulation at the brickwall cavity installed during the construction phase as an inadequate substitute was detected and removed. A more adequate drainage system for the area was also installed, which included a soakwell.
