Mosman Park High-Rise Upgrade - Roof, Lintels & Concrete Repairs
Roof reconstruction including flashing replacement, replacement of the building's lintels, brickwork restoration and concrete cancer treatment of balconies.
SERVICES OVERVIEW
As lintels of the building were severely corroded they needed to be replaced. The surrounding brickwork that had been damaged due to the deterioration of the lintels was restored. The roof was reconstructed due to damage in key areas and the flashing replaced. Leading edges of some of the balconies were treated for concrete cancer.
