Structural masonry, footing and stormwater remediation in a heritage religious setting

The Carmelite Monastery in Dalkeith required careful heritage remediation works involving structural masonry walls, existing footings, foundation stabilisation, stormwater drainage improvements, grout injection, tuck-pointing and repointing.

The problem
