Buildings can experience various types of damp problems with symptoms such as mould; damaged paintwork, skirtingboards and brickwork; water marks and efflorescence due to faulty construction or inadequate maintenance which result not only in property damage but can also create an unhealthy environment for the occupants. Conspar clients are provided with a site inspection and full report of findings, including observations and analysis, recommendations and a scope of works (detection of damage type, location and description/quantity of repairs required pertaining to standard specifications) based on 50 years’ industry experience and approved by registered builders, painters and architects. ​A Conspar quotation includes all items and various site setup and sundry items. Where necessary, the quote may be revised in consultation with the client. Depending on the work required, structural engineers may also be involved.
