Prevention of longtitidinal dampness by application of waterbased ashfelt membrance

Concrete / steel lintel deteriorated as a result of concrete cancer, needing replacement. Areas of spalling concrete to surround of lintel and balustrade connections with balcony over

Service carried out:

Corroded steel beam lintel was replaced with hot-dipped galvinised beam
Concrete was reinstated with acrylic modified mortar
Balustrade fixings were exposed, prepared by wire-brushing, and treated with anti-rust coating
Concrete surrounds were reinstated with acrylic modified mortar
