Problem:
Extensive concrete cancer to main fabric of the building including extensive concrete cancer to structural beams & columns
Service carried out:
- Existing corroded lintels exposed by cutting and breaking out surrounding concrete and brickwork.
- Lintels replaced with new hot dipped galvinised steel lintels.
- New lintels encased in modified acrylic mortar.
- Sand finish render applied to match existing.
